Website Terms
ZKB Contracting · Effective 26 September 2026
1What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for any work we do for you.
2Your job has its own agreement
If you hire ZKB Contracting, the job is governed by the estimate or agreement you and ZKB Contracting, LLC settle for that job. Nothing on this page replaces or changes it, and nothing on this site is an offer to contract.
3What this site is
A description of the work ZKB Contracting does, photographs of real jobs, and a way to get in touch. Every job is different, so every job is quoted on its own; nothing here is a price. Sending the form does not book a visit until we have spoken with you.
4The contact form
Sending the form asks us to get in touch with you about the job you describe. By sending it, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are the person asking to be contacted.
5Using the site
- Do not submit anyone else’s details, or a phone number you have no authority over.
- Do not use the form to send unsolicited, abusive or misleading content.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape at volume or probe this site for vulnerabilities without written permission. Security reports made in good faith are welcome: email [email protected].
6Reviews, figures and photographs
The Google rating, review count and reviews on this site are shown exactly as Google reported them when the site was last updated, and each review is in its author’s own words, unedited. The photographs and footage are of ZKB Contracting’s own jobs.
7No warranty for the website itself
This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8Content
The photographs and written content of this site belong to ZKB Contracting, LLC, except the Google reviews, which belong to their authors. You may read, print and share the site; you may not republish it as your own.
9Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and the courts of Howard County, Indiana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
10Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
